We have an exciting opportunity for a Dialler Income Officer to join Midland Heart’s Income Team. You’ll provide vital support to our Rent Payment Officers by being the first point of contact for customers via inbound & outbound telephone, email and SMS - ensuring income is maximised for Midland Heart, whilst delivering an excellent service to our customers.

We’re looking for a committed and customer focused individual who has experience in social housing, welfare reform and/or negotiating and collecting debt/arrears. Key to success will be your excellent interpersonal skills which you will use to quickly establish and maintain good working relationships with customers & stakeholders at all levels. Using your own initiative and organisational skills to resolve problems, you will be able to offer outstanding customer service whilst achieving set targets within agreed timescales.
