About the role

You will coordinate and facilitate the design and implementation of a business-wide housing management IT solution that will be the cornerstone of our digital transformation agenda. In addition to implementing joined-up IT systems, you will oversee the development of changes to how we work to deliver improved customer focus and our digital aspirations. You will seek out opportunities to enhance and develop our services for maximum efficiency, value for money, customer access and inclusion.

You will manage all aspects of the project, bringing a fresh and creative approach to improve how we interact with our tenants and customers. This is an exciting opportunity to:

  • Deliver a business critical, technology enabled project from start to finish
  • Make a difference to St. Leger Homes customers by improving how we interact with each other
  • Work with colleagues in Business Transformation, People Development and ICT to embed a customer-focused culture across the business, supported by effective technology, systems, processes and working practices.

You will join a well-established and supportive transformation team, and you could find yourself working anywhere in the business. In the role, you will help to bring together different areas of the organisation, so you’ll have the confidence to facilitate and support a group through a process, provide supportive challenge, and empower individual team members to contribute to the bigger vision.

About you

Our perfect fit will be a forward thinking, naturally inquisitive individual with the ability to work with people to deliver cultural change as well as having experience of establishing and delivering complex, technology-enabled change projects. You will be used to using structured project management processes and tools, have experience running procurement processes and managing supplier contracts. A confident influencer, you’ll have a talent for developing positive relationships and be able to bring on board colleagues at all levels. You’ll be comfortable asking probing questions, analysing and understanding information and data, producing project information and communicating with a variety of audiences. You’ll have the motivation, enthusiasm, creativity, flexibility and, at times, tenacity to deliver the project and help the organisation to deliver excellent services.
