NEC Housing Systems Manager

Lioness Recruitment – careers handled with care. Fancy a new role with a constantly evolving social enterprise shaping the delivery of a particular area of their NEC housing system? They’re looking to take your NEC housing subject matter expertise and pair it with their busy tenancy management department. This is a hybrid working role with approx. two days every week spent in a London based office with the rest of the week remote working.

This role will be very hands-on with a mixture of both managing a small team of technical systems analysts and delivery/change management. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the business use of NEC for specific tenancy services surrounding rent setting, collections, and all other aspects of tenancy management.

Essential experience:

• Demonstrable expertise of NEC housing software, specifically around tenancy management
• Change management
• Project/delivery management
• Small team management/mentorship
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management/relationship builder
• Self-motivated to keep abreast of emerging technologies and how these can be beneficial to the business
