We are currently recruiting for a Community Housing Partner
The overall purpose of the Community Housing Partner role is to build and develop strong relationships with customers in our communities, helping them identify their potential and empowering them to achieve their goals. This role is essential in ensuring that tenancies are maintained and sustained, homes are let efficiently and reports of anti-social behaviour are resolved effectively and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about housing management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners. You should be empathetic, approachable, and committed to delivering a high quality service.
As part of the role you will play a key role in creating thriving communities by ensuring that prospective and current customers' needs are met and that their tenancies are successful and sustainable.
You will be required to ensure that homes are let efficiently, and that occupation contracts are ended appropriately, including conducting pre-termination visits. You will also sensitively address property and garden condition issues, seeking resolution in line with our standards, and you will resolve incidents of anti-social behaviour in a timely and supportive manner, working with relevant agencies as needed.
