About the role

IDS is a non profit social housing group who are seeking for a individual who is passionate about data and analysis. We are looking for a Data and Insight Officer to join our team. This new role will serve as a data steward for the organisation, ensuring that the data we hold is coherent and reliable allowing us to confidently understand our homes and customers and take effective decisions.

This role will focus on gathering, analysing and scrutinising data. This role is an important cross-organisational role, working closely with different levels of seniors and team to collate and analyse the data.

One of your key responsibilities will be to compile and maintain a data register to assess our data quality and comprehensively and lead appropriate initiatives to improve our data. You’ll also help with performance monitoring, benchmarking and analysis.

Requirements

The right candidate will be data driven and have previous housing sector experience and a strong track record of working with data.

This role requires you to have excellent analytical skills and a real attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is familiar with Microsoft

Excel and comfortable using VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Charts. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of SQL or be willing to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £43,278.00 per year
