Job Description

37 hours per week - 2 years Fixed Term

We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Graduate.

The overall purpose of the role is to initially assist with administrative tasks and develop in-house training resources, then progress onto supporting the projected increased in-house delivery through leading on a number projects in the business. In doing this, the successful candidate will need to ensure our core learning and development offering supports our organisational purpose and priorities while operating within budget, delivering value for money.

As part of the role you will coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars, assist in designing and updating training programs and materials and support trainers in the preparation and delivery of training sessions.

We are looking for someone with a  2:1 degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a training or HR environment and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
