A respected organisation within the Public Sector are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide support for their MRI Housing systems. This is a 3 month contract, inside of IR35 with 100% remote working.
As a Systems Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to improve and support of the organisation's housing applications. Your day-to-day duties will include working on the improvement of business systems, systems reporting, system upgrades and testing. You will also provide 2nd line application support and liaise with third party suppliers.
Essential experience:
- Demonstrable application support experience, specifically with MRI Housing Enterprise/Orchard Housing
- Experience of SQL reporting/SSRS
- Any experience with asset management systems be highly desirable
