Senior Business Analyst (Housing)
London/Hybrid
£61,000 - 1 year FTC
Code Red is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst. The role will deliver analysis work for highly complex and high-profile projects, supporting large strategic change delivery. You will build relationships with key colleagues to facilitate effective collaborative working. You will influence key stakeholders with information from strategic analysis. You will plan and facilitate workshops, document the outcome actions, and create process/requirement documents in an appropriate format.
Technical Skills:
- Significant business analysis delivery experience within business and project scenarios across various subject areas in large/complex organisations.
- Training and relevant qualifications in business analysis (BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or similar)
- Detailed analytical abilities, including complex data analysis
- High level of direct or relatable business experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with proven experience working independently
- Related IT knowledge and use of packages to achieve analysis and presentation outcomes
- Previous experience in managing business change and specific work packages within large-scale projects
- Previous experience of developing or managing business analysis templates and documents
- Line management and/or significant business analysis coaching experience
