Manifest Software Solutions is the leading independent provider of systems integration solutions in Social Housing. We work closely with our customers, providing integration software, technical consultancy, and fully managed support.

Our expertise lies in finding the best ways to integrate systems using the latest tools, including Microsoft Azure integration tools and our own Universal Adapter scripted integration toolkit. This combination allows us to seamlessly integrate any Cloud-based or on-premise application for our customers.

We integrate with all the main Housing systems, asset systems, finance applications, mobile platforms, scheduling solutions, contractor systems, document management solutions, self-service portals, IoT, AI and much more.

Due to our success, we are looking to significantly grow our team over the next few months and are looking for people to join us to help design and build innovative solutions for social housing. 

Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Integration Consultant to join our Customer Excellence team and be part of providing an excellent customer experience through our Implementation, Delivery and Support services.

In this role, you will work closely with our housing customers to understand their integration needs. You will use integration tools to design and build robust solutions, collaborating with customers at every stage. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their knowledge of systems integration while helping housing organisations achieve efficiency savings through self-service and automation.

Our consultants all work from home but collaborate throughout the day on projects and regular team calls. This offers the convenience of working from home while providing the support of an office-based team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigating, scoping, and designing new integration solutions for housing
  • Building new integration solutions in the Cloud and on-premise
  • Using Azure integration tools and the Universal Adapter integration software
  • Ensuring customers’ integration requirements are accurately captured
  • Working with the customer and internal teams to ensure a successful project delivery from the start of the project through to go live
  • Communicating with customers and internal teams providing updates on the progress project deliveries

 Key Skills and Experience

  • Friendly personality with a passion for helping people
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of IT systems used in Housing
  • Self-motivated with a satisfaction in seeing solutions successfully implemented
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to manage several project deliveries concurrently
  • Experience in an IT support or implementation role in Housing
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following:
    • Writing basic scripts in JavaScript or similar
    • Programming or customizing systems using a toolkit
    • Implementing Housing software solutions
    • IT support of Housing systems
    • Writing SQL queries
    • Installing software
    • Business/systems analysis
    • Project management
