We are currently recruiting for a Community Living Partner to join our Housing Team.  The overall purpose of the Community Living Partner is to deliver a high quality older persons housing management service, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered, performance is maximised and that all activities and actions support Valleys to Coast’s vision and are reflective of older peoples’ aspirations. 

As part of the role you will carry out and update a range of Risk Assessments relevant to buildings and people and update and utilise the various housing management and data recording packages that are used to support customers and tenancy management. 

We are looking for a qualification relevant to the post such as a recognised housing qualification, relevant HNC/HND or demonstrable relevant employment experience.  You should have experience of working within a customer focused environment and knowledge of disabled facilities grants.
