About The Guinness Partnership

Founded in 1890, The Guinness Partnership has always been dedicated to improving people’s lives and creating opportunities. Our mission remains unchanged, and we are driven by our four core objectives:

  • Deliver Great Service: Strive to be one of the best service providers in the housing sector.
  • Provide Great Homes: Offer as many high-quality homes as possible and play a significant role in addressing the housing crisis.
  • Be a Great Place to Work: Aim to be one of the best employers in the country.
  • Be a Great Business: Operate as a strong, efficient, and trustworthy organisation.

As one of England’s leading providers of affordable housing, we manage homes and provide housing services for around 140,000 customers nationwide. Of our 65,000 homes, over 70% are let at social or affordable rents, with around 10,000 owned or part-owned by the residents.

Our Business Change and IT Team

This is an exciting time to join The Guinness Partnership’s Business Change & IT Team.  We are committed to investing in technology to support our strategic goals and drive continuous business improvement through the delivery of our digital, data and technology roadmap. Our roadmap is built on a ‘Cloud first’ principle, leveraging best practice processes and out-of-the-box functionality.

In recent years, we have grown our MS Dynamics 365 CRM capability, and migrated our HR systems to Oracle Cloud. Our ambitious plans include introducing new functionalities to enhance our digital offer for residents and to implement effective data and records management solutions, as well as continuing to grow our MS Dynamics 365 footprint and delivering improved Repairs and Asset Management capabilities.

Our IT and Business Change teams collaborate closely to bring our roadmap to life, ensuring we continue to deliver change effectively, innovate, and improve.
