We are currently recruiting for a Supported Living Coordinator.
The overall purpose of the Supported Living Coordinator role is to deliver high quality management across a portfolio of supported properties within Valleys to Coast, monitor and coordinate management contracts ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered. You will support the Older Persons Team Leader and Head of Housing to bring new business opportunities to work with support providers. Build, develop and maintain positive working relationships with support providers and the Local Authority and to act as the first point of contact for queries relating to supported properties.
We are looking for someone who can work in partnership with housing colleagues focusing on restorative practices in all interactions with customers and colleagues, act as an advocate for the customers with internal departments and external contractors and support Valleys to Coast approach to capturing and responding to customer feedback and profiling information as required through a range of methods.
As part of the role you will ensure schemes and services comply with Health and Safety legislation and good practice, conduct regular quality assurance reviews with support providers to ensure compliance with management agreements and leases and to work within the Company’s Equal Opportunities policy and Health and Safety policy.
