9 month fixed term salaried contract

Code Red Associates are a specialist supplier of ICT resource to the public sector, local authority & social housing sectors.  We are currently looking for an experienced hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst with experience of working within a Social Housing ICT environment for a respected organisation.

The main criteria of the role will be cover change management & process mapping activities within the asset management team. The role itself will be varied and cover a number of day-to-day activities such as maintaining the overall portfolio of projects, defining projects goals, success & profitability whilst managing individual streams, budgets and resources; documenting and maintaining business processes and architecture whilst working with stakeholders to define business requirements; documentation; maintaining relationships with third party suppliers; and line management of members of the projects team.

Essential skills and experience for this role include:
•    A successful track record in Project/Portfolio Management and Business Analysis, with previous experience working in a Social Housing ICT environment.  
•    A successful track record in change management specifically
•    Commercial experience in recognised Business Analysis methodologies (such as Agile, Waterfall, et al), be an excellent and authoritative communicator at all levels up to and including board level and have a logical, systematic and methodical approach to problem solving.  

Priority will also be given to applicants with experience of working within a Social Housing (Such as Northgate/Sx3 Housing, Northgate/Anite OHMS, Civica (Comino) Universal, Orchard Housing/ArcHouse, Capita/IBS Open Housing, Capita Academy, Aareon QL, MIS ActiveH, Kypera or similar), Financial Accounting and HR & Payroll software and business processes.
