We are currently recruiting for a Construction Apprentice.
The apprenticeship will take place over a 24-48 month period, commencing in September 2025. You will work 4 days a week with Llanw, alongside experienced trade colleagues as your mentors, to support, assist and complete repair and maintenance jobs on Valleys to Coast properties, located across Bridgend.
We are looking for someone who is a good communicator including the ability to listen and follow instructions, is committed to attend college as required to gain the relevant qualifications and has good customer care skills to demonstrate a 'customers at the heart' approach.
As part of the role you will be required to support with installations and repairs, replace defective parts and maintain accurate and up to date documentation ensuring job tickets and certificates are completed and delivered on time.
