Join Our Team as a Housing Service Insight and Improvement Lead!

 

Are you a data wizard with a passion for making a real difference? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Housing Service Insight and Improvement Lead here at South Holland District Council.

 

If you love diving into data to uncover insights and drive positive change, this is the perfect role for you!  The successful candidate will use data analysis to identify service gaps, summarise findings in clear, actionable terms, and propose data-driven improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of the Council’s housing services.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Data Detective: Use your analytical skills to identify service gaps and turn your findings into clear, actionable improvements that boost the quality and efficiency of our housing services.
  • Insight Innovator: Develop and deploy cutting-edge business intelligence frameworks to provide assurance and evidence that the Council is compliant with all its statutory and regulatory housing requirements, including mandatory surveys, data collections and returns.  Your work will help us deliver a high-quality, safe, and modern housing service that positively impacts our tenants and residents.

What we’re looking for:

  • Data Expert: You have significant knowledge and experience for preparing database reports and analysing both qualitative and quantitative housing and business information, using a variety of statistical methods and modelling, to present your findings in an easy-to-understand way for a range of stakeholders.
  • Problem Solver: Your investigative skills are excellent.  You are able to spot flaws in an argument but take a collaborative approach to finding solutions and are able to operate effectively through prioritisation, delegation of tasks and organisation of available resources.

ABOUT US: Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council have formed the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership.  The largest Council Partnership in the country.
