We are currently recruiting for Creative Content Assistant.
The overall purpose of the Creative Content Assistant role is to support the communications team by crafting quality creative content for use across a range of digital and print channels, including co-ordination of content on the organisation’s internal and external platforms. The Creative Content Assistant will also assist with general communication and marketing activity, both internally and externally.
We are looking for someone who will support the communications team to maintain the organisation’s visual brand, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to and kept up to date, work with the communications team to develop and implement guidance documents to support colleagues across the business to use creative assets effectively and support with the design, ordering and storage of merchandise, event resources, and promotional/educational material; managing contracts with external suppliers, ensuring quality and value for money.
As part of the role you will be required to help organise internal and external events, support the Communications Team in managing content on the organisation’s digital platforms including the website, intranet and social media etc and apply Valleys to Coast brand pack and guidelines to create a range of creative assets and content to support the communications team and wider business, including written articles, graphics, presentations, videos and images using software including Google Suite, Canva etc.
