Code Red Associates are a leading supplier of Permanent & Contract ICT resource to a variety of Blue Chip, SME & expanding organisations throughout the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Second Line Support Analyst with a forward thinking & evolving organisation with offices across the country.
The main responsibilities of this role will be to provide second line support to the organisation's systems. This will be a mixture of project and BAU work. Core hours are 8am - 8pm (Monday - Friday) & 9am - 2pm (weekends) and occasionally you will be required to provide evening support from home for specific projects. It will also sometimes be necessary to travel to other offices in the UK so a full driving licence and own transport will be required.
• Demonstrable 2nd line support experience
• Supporting Citrix environments
• Windows 7
• Windows server 2008/2012
• MS Exchange
