MIS Active Management Systems are seeking a software support technician to join its expanding customer support team. The primary undertaking within the role will be to provide support on our workflow customisations adopted at customer sites.
A good working knowledge of MS-SQL is essential, and any experience in dealing with workflow tools and the creation of reports and queries within MS-SQL advantageous.
This role will mostly be providing 2nd line support and the successful applicant will be expected to diagnose incidents raised by the customer, then modify the workflow in accordance with our procedures to achieve a call resolution.
Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience.
