Our consultants work directly with Housing Association and Local Government clients as part of a multi-disciplinary team to undertake advisory assignments such as ICT and digital strategy reviews, options appraisals and business case development, systems and infrastructure procurement, and business process re-engineering.
A good understanding of social housing and/or local government operations will be necessary, including the use of Housing Management and CRM systems, together with experience in business analysis. A technical IT background is not necessary, but experience in this area would be helpful – and an interest in digital transformation and an awareness of emerging technologies is essential. Experience and qualifications in project management would also be helpful.
The role will be full time – based from your home, with a requirement to visit client locations and other UK locations for meetings. Although the role is being advertised as a full-time employee, fixed term consultancy arrangements would also be considered if preferred.
