Do you have what it takes to join our team of Service Delivery Coordinators, who have the challenging role of providing effective administrative support to our in-house maintenance team – ensuring a service delivery is timely, cost effective, customer focused and legislatively compliant whilst achieving contract SLAs and KPIs?
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our in-house maintenance teams, as well as colleagues across Midland Heart, to ensure that customers are provided with a seamless service and a high level of customer care during every aspect of the service. You’ll deliver excellent administrative support in-line with Midland Heart policies and procedures including the processing of orders, invoices and other contract documentation; assisting in the production of monthly team KPI’s and weekly statistics; investigating and approving supply chain invoices within agreed limits; as well as attending meetings as necessary and provide support producing minutes, action point and summary notes as required.
Our ideal candidate? You’ll be a dynamic thinker with excellent administrative skills - someone who strives under pressure and has the ability to manage a large and varied work load with competing priorities and deadlines. You should have some experience within a similar role, through which you would have developed some basic technical knowledge of domestic repairs and maintenance. Importantly, you’ll have the excellent stakeholder manager skills required to communicate with Multi-skilled Trade Operatives, operational managers and tenants alike.
