Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Business Performance Project Manager to join our exciting Information Services department. This is a busy and varied role which oversees multiple activities at any one given time. The projects are varied from IT to Housing best practice projects. However all projects contribute to the delivery of our new corporate plan. You will need possess significant experience of the processes required to deliver multiple projects and the skills and abilities to execute these processes. You will have full input through the project life cycle from the creation of the Business Case all the way to Post project review.

The Person

We are looking for someone who will thrive on our values of Ownership, Innovation, Teamwork and Inclusion and incorporate them in their working day.

Someone who has experience of being a business partner and managing stakeholder relationships while taking ownership of several projects and complex business initiatives. Our ideal candidate will have experience across a multitude of databases and systems and be able to confidently navigate their way around new software and internal infrastructure.

 We would be looking for someone who has strong negotiation and influencing skills who will be able to come on board and use these skills to ensure the best outcome of their projects. You must have a keen eye for detail and be a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team in the Digital and information Services.
