We are looking for a very strong person to come on board and provide a technical team leader/project manager role leading to IT Manager, depending on skills, desire and ambition.
We are a digital data management solutions company, simplifying digital identity management for local authorities and housing associations as well as the private housing sector. We have two key product streams:
The Property Log Book is about capturing, storing and managing all information about a property. It is used by local authorities and social landlords and new home developers. The PLB can also be used as an identity attribute. Once created the PLB stays with the property.
The Digital Log Book is a personal data store that lets a person store, manage and share their information in a secure and structured way and is used for establishing the digital identity of a citizen.
This role will be instrumental in further developing these products to better meet the demands of the digital identity sector and the housing sector. We are looking for a person who will contribute towards the technical growth of the business, will have input into the adoption of relevant technologies, autonomy to make technical decisions and enjoy inputting into the business.
Communication skills will be important as you will need to work across the public and private sectors working with a diverse range of people. Due to the nature of this role you will have the opportunity to work with people at a variety of levels so ability to present and communicate with ease will be useful.
We do need someone who has experience of the full development cycle, from inception to deployment, working to timescales and budgets and providing technical leadership. We would expect you to enjoy keen challenges and demonstrate past achievements in challenging projects. You will have the opportunity to work across the business utilising a variety of skills with the ability to deal with complex issues.
We are working on two unique projects, one related to housing across England & Wales and the other relates to the use of digital identity within the public sector. Each project crosses over as we use housing data as an attribute towards identity.
