Remuneration            circa £24,000

Time commitment     Full Time, 37 hours per week

Location                      Maidenhead, Berkshire

 The Role

Housing Solutions are currently looking for a Junior Business Performance Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis in Maidenhead. We are looking for someone who has a buzz for data, someone who is great at telling a story through numbers and are great at interpreting data into a language that we can all understand.

 You will produce performance reports, develop and analyse surveys and provide in-depth analysis to support the planning and performance of work priorities throughout Housing Solutions. You will identify areas for improvement and examples of best practice to enable us to achieve our improvement targets

 The Person

We are looking for someone who will thrive on our values of Ownership, Innovation, Teamwork and Inclusion and incorporate them in their working day.

 Our ideal candidate will have some previous experience in data and information analysis and is able to communicate and present complex data to a wide range of audiences. You will have strong analytical skills and have a logical approach to problem solving.
