Job Description

We’ve got a lot of love for our Software Engineers – what with them being key to ensuring that our organisation has the software solutions needed to best serve our customers and support our colleagues to achieve our ambitious corporate goals!

Joining our small and highly valued team, you’ll step into a challenging and rewarding end-to-end role; designing, developing, delivering, supporting and maintaining our web and mobile software solutions across a sector-leading organisation which embraces new, innovative, more efficient ways of working with technology. You’ll have the opportunity to work with colleagues across our organisation to define requirements, update on progress and deliver quality pragmatic solutions that meet organisational needs. Working closely with our Software Development Manager, you’ll also contribute to the definition and implementation of development and quality standards, ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with those standards.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll be a degree qualified software engineer with strong experience of using OutSystems or other low-code platforms, to develop and deliver software that provides real solutions to business needs. Technical experience and a knowledge of either JavaScript, CSS, html5, c#.net, vb.net or SQL, all being of interest to us. Importantly for a people focussed organisation, the solutions you develop must always have the end user in mind; so we’re looking for someone with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, who can really get to the bottom of the end-user’s needs.
