Technical Support Analyst
We're working in partnership with a client who're looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join their team. This main focus of the role will be to support the existing service desk team handling a variety of user requests, investigating and resolving complex hardware & software issues as well as installing and configuring networks, printers & a variety of systems.
You must have strong demonstrable experience with;
