They’re looking for somebody with proven housing systems support experience to join their Glasgow based team to provide maternity leave cover. This is a minimum 7 months fixed term (pro rata) salaried role and will be part time for 2/3 days a week. The organisation will be looking for somebody to start in January 2021 and the role will require some working in the office.

As an Application Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to support the organisation's housing software. Your day-to-day duties will include general systems administration, reporting and system testing. You will also provide 2nd line application support and liaise with third party suppliers.

Essential experience:

  • Experience with Social Housing Management systems such as NPS/Northgate Housing, Orchard Housing, Aareon QL, Civica Cx/Universal Housing, Capita OPENHousing, Castleton Housing or MIS ActiveH etc
  • Working within a Social Housing IT environment, possibly in a Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Support, Reporting, Technical or similar capacity or maybe you were part of a project or implementation team.
  • Microsoft SQL Server/SQL Database Administration
