Service Delivery Manager
We're working in partnership with a client who're looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring processes are fit for purpose and implementing new processes in order to achieve continual improvement. You'll be representing the technology team at stakeholder level and be the point of contact for complex support issues acting as an escalation point when required.
You must have;
Experience working in an ITIL Process Owner role
Be a ITILv3 Practitioner or above
Experience successfully implementing new ITIL processes
