3rd Line Support Analyst
West London

We're working in partnership with a client who're looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join their expanding team. This main focus of the role will be to support the existing service desk team of engineers, providing 3rd line technical support for everyday business user issues as well as supporting various business applications, networks, servers, hardware & telephony. You will be the escalation point for more serious technical issues so will be providing hands-on user support as well as back-end investigation and troubleshooting.

You must have extensive experience with;

  • Office365 & MS Exchange Online
  • Windows Server
  • TCP, DNS & DCHP experience
  • ITIL certification, or experience working in an ITIL environment
  • MCSE certification or higher
  • Citrix Xendesktop
