3rd Line Support Engineer

We're working in partnership with a client who're looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join their expanding team. This main focus of the role will be to support the existing service desk team of engineers, providing 3rd line technical support for everyday business user issues as well as supporting various business applications, networks, servers, hardware & telephony. You will be the escalation point for more serious technical issues so will be providing hands-on user support as well as back-end investigation and troubleshooting.

You must have extensive demonstrable experience with;

  • Extensive experience of working in Service desk environments - 1st - 3rd line, using an ITIL service desk ticketing systems.
  • Microsoft Windows 2012, including Active Directory administration and Group Policy management
  • VOIP systems.
  • Support, administration and management of Microsoft SCCM.
  • Office365 & MS Exchange Online
  • Windows Server
  • TCP, DNS & DCHP experience
  • ITIL certification
  • Citrix Xendesktop
  • PowerShell Scipting
