Job Description

Lioness Recruitment take their specialist experience to find specialist careers. Fancy a new role as a 1st Line Support Analyst with a public sector enterprise? They’re looking to take your exceptional first-line support experience to support them in a short-term post during the pandemic.


As a Support Analyst, you will be playing a key role in providing first line technical support, and assisting with supporting new systems, processes, and procedures to improve ICT services. You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be speaking with internal and external staff members to log support calls, and will also support in rolling out training for using Microsoft Teams. Please note, this role is deemed inside of IR35 so an umbrella company will need to be utilised.


Essential experience:

  • Commercial experience working as a 1st line help desk support/service desk analyst/IT administrator
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Citrix
  • Office 365
  • Exchange 2010/Exchange Online
  • Windows 10
  • MS Exchange & Active Directory
  • Experience supporting user training
  • Experience of mobile device support
  • Driving licence and access to own car to attend Head Office in Surrey, as this role will require onsite working and is considered an essential working post.
  • Experience with housing software systems would be advantageous but is not essential for this role.
