Housing Systems Support Analyst

They’re looking for somebody with proven housing systems support experience to join their expanding team. This role will always be majority remote working with only occasional visits to an Essex based Head Office.

As a Systems Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to improve and support the business applications of the organisation. Your day-to-day duties will include working on the improvement of business systems, systems reporting, system testing and the implementation of newly procured systems. You will also provide 2nd line application support, user training and liaise with third party suppliers.

Essential experience:

• Experience with Social Housing Management systems such as NPS/Northgate Housing, Orchard Housing, Aareon QL, Civica Cx/Universal Housing, Capita OPENHousing, Castleton Housing or MIS ActiveH etc
• Working within a Social Housing IT environment, possibly in a Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Support, Reporting, Technical or similar capacity or maybe you were part of a project or implementation team.
