Job Description

Lioness Recruitment take their specialist experience to find specialist careers. An established local government organisation are going through a business-wide transformation and are looking for somebody with extensive housing repairs knowledge to come on board as a Product Owner to drive modernisation of their Responsive Repairs.

As a Product Owner, you will be supporting the development of a robust Responsive Repairs process including building user stories. You will be an advocate for change and provide stakeholder management at all different levels within the organisation.

Essential experience:

  • A successful commercial track record in a Business Analysis capacity - including the translation of user requirements into technical documentation & defining and mapping business processes (As-Is & To-Be), including process re-engineering and data flows
  • Demonstrable experience working with social housing repairs systems or Responsive Repairs modules
  • Experience of and commitment to the involvement of all stakeholders in the design and delivery of services
