We are working exclusively with a reputable Housing Association looking for a Business Analyst to assist with developing and supporting business change. You will be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of several projects, from the capture of requirements from the end-user to their configuration onto bespoke systems.

You must have the following experience:

• Creation of User Stories
• Stakeholder management
• Requirements gathering and creating functional requirements
• Configuration skills
• User Acceptance Testing experience and Test Script creation
• Experience of the Office Suite, including Office 365

Desirable:

• Educated to degree level in IT or a relevant qualification such as Prince2, ISEB or ITIL
• Housing Sector experience
