We are searching for an new team member to continue the transformation journey of the Finance Team and the wider business as a whole. This is a new role joining a team of 8 people in total reporting directly to the UK CFO. The role is based at our Kenilworth office, although clearly will initially be remote working.
You will be responsible for supporting the CFO in developing robust business cases for all of the commercial operations of the business - as well as the ongoing financial governance around them, helping implement transformational software enhancements to the finance and back office functions, and driving improvements in reporting and KPI management.
The role holder will already have gained significant experience of working in a fast paced finance team and will know what good looks like. This will enable the individual to help the team develop and improve and become the reliable and enabling function that a true finance team should be.
Salary: Up to £42K
