They’re looking for somebody with proven repairs or scheduling systems experience to join their systems support team. This role will require three days per week in the office.
As an Application Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to improve and support of the organisation's housing repairs and scheduling applications. Your day-to-day duties will include working on the improvement of business systems, systems reporting, system upgrades and testing. You will also provide 2nd line application support and liaise with third party suppliers.
