This Lancashire-based Housing Association is looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to support the Senior Management Team with the production of financial information whilst leading an experienced and willing finance team. Paying £45-50K with an excellent pension, flexible working, and a range of other benefits.
You will be responsible for the provision of a full range of financial information including preparation of the annual budget, monthly management accounts, and the annual report and financial statements for the group.
Core duties and responsibilities:
You will be a fully qualified (CCAB) accountant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience operating at a senior/management level. You will have excellent communication skills and be a strong people manager.
You will ideally have significant experience within the Housing sector, or other similar Not For Profit /Education /Regulated sectors are equally of interest. Solid experience in budgeting & forecasting, monthly management accounts, year-end, and ideally have been involved with IT/ process improvement projects and financial appraisals.
