The Northgate Application Analyst role will predominantly involve support and development of the Northgate Public Services (NPS) housing management system and Advanced Software’s Dynamic Resource Scheduler System

• Support and facilitate the IT department and individual teams throughout the business in identifying areas for improvement, developing business requirements and solutions.
• Ensuring the current Housing Management System (NEC Northgate) is available to the business and is fit for purpose. Maximising uptime and resolving incidents quickly.
• Maintaining the Housing management system to within the permitted release by the supplier.
• Maintain integration between Northgate and the repairs scheduling system (Advanced software’s DRS, Project Planner and Job Manager). Resolve any incidents quickly with minimum downtime.
• Support the production of management information from various applications involving Business Objects and SQL.
• Implement new software, enhancements to existing software or integration between systems in line with the business requirements.
