They’re looking for somebody with experience project managing the implementation of new financial systems and upgrades to existing applications who is also a fully or part-qualified accountant (with commitment to completing to fully qualified) to join their busy, expanding finance team. This role will be a 50/50 mixture of home and office working from the East Midlands.
You will be responsible for all business contact in relation to improvement of the businesses financial systems. You will work alongside the existing finance team to review processes and will improve efficiency through implementing new financial software alongside upgrading existing financial applications so everything is streamlined and fit for purpose. You will be the super-user of the financial applications and be required to convey technical IT information to non-IT audiences whilst maintaining strong external supplier relationships, and engaging stakeholders internally to ensure new system buy-in at all levels.
