A highly respected social housing organisation are looking for an experienced Performance & Projects Analyst to fully maximise the organisation's performance and to support them with projects across the business. This role can be worked mainly from home with a requirement to attend the client’s head office based in West Yorkshire from time to time.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to assist in benchmarking and optimising business performance as well as to lead and drive forward a programme of projects that will improve systems and processes across the organisation. You will be responsible for identifying performance trends, business system improvements, project support and compliance for exciting, planned project work. This role will support Senior Management and will be working closely with the Data Analyst.
