We’re seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support our Technology & Transformation team to deliver a range of projects that are critical to our achieving the ambitious aims of our “Making What Matters Brilliant” corporate strategy. Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll work with our business stakeholders and project delivery teams to shape ideas into viable projects, and develop realistic business requirements and processes which will contribute to effective business solutions.
You’ll be involved in formulating effective business cases, providing sound reasoning, with the ability to shape an initial idea into a viable and successful project. You’ll use your knowledge to develop pragmatic business requirements, supporting their transition to solutions and then handing them over to become BAU. You’ll be able to prioritise working on multiple projects, working with stakeholders effectively to create a shared vision and ensuring usability.
Our Ideal Candidate? You’ll hold a relevant Degree, professional qualification (e.g. a Business Analysis Diploma) and/or significant demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst within a software development or digital background. You’ll be able to demonstrate your experience of working on multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with Development teams within both a Waterfall and an Agile environment. Importantly, you’ll be able to absorb detail and effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders within the organisation.
