Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our driven Technology Team, as we support our organisation to improve technology use and allow colleagues to work smarter, now and into the future.

As part of the Service Desk Team, this role is essential in providing an effective 1st & 2nd line support service, covering all of our business systems and equipment, to colleagues across our organisation. A key part of your role will be logging, updating, progressing and resolving service requests from colleagues and contractors meeting or exceeding defined targets.

This role will involve working on a rota consisting of working times 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll have previous IT Service Desk experience, demonstrating a history of using your excellent customer service and support / diagnostic skills to provide effective providing 1st and 2nd line support. You’ll possess strong technical expertise, including knowledge of IT hardware and software including business applications, desktop applications, telephony and networking.  You’ll have excellent time management, a talent for multi-tasking and prioritising workload, in addition to an attention to detail to support you in logging, updating, progressing and resolving service tickets.
