Contract - Day Rate Data Analysis/ Management

Job Description

Our client, based in West Yorkshire, is currently recruiting for an Asset Management Data Analyst on a temporary contract for six months. Our client is a proud holder of the gold investors in people award.

 

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in the housing sector and experience of working with Active H

 

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Producing weekly and monthly reports from the Active H system on repairs
  • Produce detailed analysis of repair trends and spend areas
  • Identify negative spend trends and analyse these against individuals schemes and properties
  • Produce all data related to Asset management and contract management framework
  • Work on your own initiative to investigate trends and suggest service improvements based on sound analysis
  • Produce any ad-hoc report required for the delivery of contracts and verification of the repair and maintenance function.
  • Work with Compliance Manager to ensure that performance objectives for compliance are accurately reported and tracked using any available IT resources, including Gas servicing, electrical testing, Fire, Water hygiene, Asbestos and lifts. Additionally be responsible for DHS reporting.

 

Experience required:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office packages and Active H
  • Minimum three years’ experience within the housing sector, ideally with experience of delivering a maintenance function
  • Experience of data management and manipulation utilising excel and producing reports
  • Experience in processing data to produce a wide range of KPI reports in order to manage maintenance contracts.
  • Experience managing teams and motivating high performance.

 

Skills and other requirements:

  • Full driving license/use of a car
  • Able to work flexible hours. This can include evening meetings and occasional overnight stays.

Working hours:
