Big things are happening at Riverside and we want some truly outstanding people to join us on the next phase of our Digital Business journey. We’ve created exciting new roles to build on our programmes to drive customer benefit through our Salesforce digital presence and our growing colleague capability through Oracle HCM and Microsoft 365. And as well as our strong focus on data with our enterprise Snowflake data warehouse, we’re focused on moving our maturing cyber security posture with our SIEM partner to the next level of certification. We’re focused on rationalising our technology, securely and sustainably, as we continue to move to Cloud services, looking to consolidate our position with leading Microsoft enterprise cloud services, remote device management and an empowered DevOps approach. We operate smart working here at Riverside which focuses on outcome rather than location, so we're flexible on where our colleagues are based. So if you want to be part of our digital transformation, you could make a difference, wherever you’re based.
The difference you’ll make
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and facilitating Riverside’s Information Security practice across all areas of IT & Digital Business on behalf of the Group, overseeing the associated security testing and compliance strategies, aligned to the Group’s strategic objectives and to any agreed information security frameworks and standards such as Cyber Essentials and UK government National Cyber Security Centre.
This will involve co-creating and managing the IT Security aspects of the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment to agreed frameworks and standards, and the Group’s IT architecture principles.
Part of your role will involve providing a group wide cyber security consultancy service and coach and support Solution Architects, DevOps Engineers and others in driving a ‘security by design’ mind-set.
So, who are you?
We’re looking for someone experienced with securing public cloud technologies – Azure preferred – and hybrid cloud solutions including on premise.
You have a good understanding of cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, CIS, OWASP, SOC2.
Being commercially aware with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to drive change is paramount.
Enjoy the rewards
This a job that offers true satisfaction with the chance to help those who can’t afford a house of their own.
