The overall purpose of the Business Analyst role is to support the delivery of key organisational projects by identifying business issues, gathering requirements, and designing solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and improve service delivery. This role will act as a bridge between business functions and technical teams, ensuring that proposed changes align with organisational goals and provide tangible benefits.  While the role will primarily focus on large-scale projects, the Business Analyst will also support smaller initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
