We are currently recruiting for a Responsive Repairs Team Leader to join our Llanw Team.
The Responsive Repairs Team Leader ensures excellent customer service within the responsive service area, managing customer interactions, operational performance and resource allocation. The role focuses on efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement, while fostering strong relationships with customers, leaseholders, and external service providers. Collaboration with other teams and stakeholders is key to delivering high-quality service.
The job holder will lead and support their team in delivering responsive services, including call handling, technical diagnosis and scheduling.
