We are currently recruiting for three new colleagues to join our Customer Service Hub as Customer Service Partners on a two year fixed term basis. These are new roles due to the expansion of our busy team. As a Customer Service Partner you will be providing a front line service for customers contacting Valleys to Coast with questions, queries or issues.
These services can be face to face in our reception area, by telephone, email, web chat and via social media platforms. The queries are wide and varied and can be in relation to rents, maintenance, community projects, general tenancy management issues, improvements works or support services.
The right candidate will have a positive and can-do attitude to resolve challenges the first time, whilst delivering exceptional customer service to our current and future customers.
