Providing appropriate support to Service Leads to define the benefits, assess progress and achieve measured improvements in business operations. Ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. We’re seeking a highly organised candidate of vision, who can influence colleagues at all levels within our organisation by focusing on and effectively communicating the benefits the change process delivers for customers, colleagues and key stakeholders. This will be aided by a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, developed through strong experience of implementing change management principles, methodologies and tools.
