About the role We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join the Technology Stem, assisting pods across the business to use technology in an efficient and innovative way, to get the most out of our information and systems across the business. About you We need someone who's resilient, proactive and a great people person and someone who respects project management principles and has a natural understanding and passion for improving the user and customer experience. You'll be equally at home talking tech to developers as you are delivering training and support to users. As someone who'll be exposed to all areas of the business, you must be positive, able to see solutions rather than problems, as well as seeing the big picture, not just what’s in front of you. In turn, you'll have the ability to make a real difference across the business.
