We’re seeking a Contract Delivery Surveyor to support the effective management of our contracted maintenance services - ensuring a brilliant service delivery which is timely, cost effective, customer focused and safe. You’ll work with our contractor partners to ensure that completed works comply with current regulatory/legislative requirements and that key performance targets are achieved for respective contracts. You’ll also undertake key building surveys across our portfolio including condition validation of programmed works and Energy Performance surveys. Importantly, you’ll work as part of the wider Midland Heart team to guarantee that our customers are provided with a seamless and high level of customer care in every aspect of the service delivered. Our ideal candidates? You’ll hold a recognised building  or supervisory site management related qualification, HNC/HND or equivalent level of expertise demonstrated through significant work experience.
