About the role:

We are looking for two Junior Applications Analysts to join our IT team in Cranfield on a full-time, permanent basis.

Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of business transformation related projects. Analysing business requirements in relation to requests for systems, you will investigate and develop solutions ensuring adequate standards for software and applications are met. You will also assist in the delivery of new policies and procedures to support new ways of working along with developing IT “best practise” and application development guidelines.

What we’re looking for:

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate level candidate who is looking to progress into analysis/development work. Ideally you will have experience in software coding and a good working knowledge of databases and data analysis. Knowledge of Microsoft products will also be key.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have the drive to move forward and develop solutions for the Group. An understanding of equality and diversity is also essential.
